121205 - Compensations Manager

Participate in developing the key objectives related to compensations and rewards; and implement the compensation and reward policies, ensuring the internal justice between the positions of the entity and the achievement of the competitiveness level that is required to attract competences and talents and those who can support and achieve the main strategies and objectives of the entity.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop the main objectives of the compensation and reward system, including the policies related to the employees' salaries, allowances and benefits in the entity; and ensure that these policies are implemented and achieved in accordance with the regulations and policies adopted in the entity.
  • Implement the directives related to designing the compensation and rewards system, ensuring the internal justice among the occupants of the entity's positions and the achievement of the competitiveness level that is required to attract and retain the talented employees; and conduct the specialized studies and researches related to this field.
  • Participate in implementing the directives related to the development and application of the salary structure of the entity, including salaries, allowances, bonuses and raises in coordination with the senior management and managers of the organizational units.
  • Supervise the audit process of the salary records of the entity's employees; ensure the validity of calculating the values of additions and deductions; and take the corrective actions, if necessary, in accordance with the policies and procedures of human resources and the applicable accounting systems.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and general reports on compensation and rewards; submit them to the senior management; and inform the senior management of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
