Participate in the development of the key objectives and policies related to the control of the trading markets; directly supervise the activities and processes of controlling and regulating the trading markets and posts; provide the recommendations that are necessary for taking the appropriate measures in line with the operational plans; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in developing the trading markets control’s key objectives; develop and implement the plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Review, develop, and follow up the implementation of, the policies and manuals To be followed in the activities of trading market control; and supervise the designing of the processes and procedures, review them, and ensure their soundness and level of efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
  • Supervise the activities of controlling the trading markets and shops, inspect the goods and products of all kinds, including storing, handling, displaying and selling; and ensure the conformity thereof with the approved specifications and standards.
  • Follow up the processes of studying the problems and difficulties related to the markets and shops; and propose solutions to overcome them in coordination with all the relevant authorities.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and reports that clarify the general rates of achievement in relation to the commercial market control financial; present such abstracts and reports to the senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
