121312 - Institutional Policy Manager

Participate in developing the entity’s work policies; directly supervise the activities of managing and regulating the work of developing and updating work policies; identify the mechanisms and methodologies by which these policies shall be implemented, evaluated and assessed in coordination with all the concerned authorities; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources in the management of strategies and policies to guarantee the smooth conduct of all the related processes and activities efficiently and effectively.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in the development of the entity’s work policies in coordination with other organizational units; and ensure the enhancement of methodologies, frameworks and metrics by which the level of achievement and effectiveness is determined.
  • Supervise the activities of identifying the sources of information and data necessary for the processes of developing the institutional policies; determine the methods of collecting them; and ensure that they are organized and analyzed by following the best means in order to help develop the policies that contribute in achieving the strategic objectives of the entity.
  • Supervise analyzing the policies and procedures adopted in the authority; develop and design initiatives and programs to achieve this purpose; and identify their indicators, requirements and resources necessary for these policies to be implemented.
  • Coordinate with the various other organizational units in order to develop and update the work policies in line with the modern best practices and in accordance with the laws and regulations adopted by the entity.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and general reports on managing the activities of policy development and implementation; present them to the senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important strategic issues and initiatives.
