121315 - Administrative Control Manager
Take part in developing the key objectives, initiatives and operational plans and programs related to the management of the administrative control; directly supervise the activities of the administrative control in line with the operational plans; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of daily operations, as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Take part in developing the key objectives for the administrative control; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.
Review and develop the policies and manuals of the administrative control; follow up the implementation thereof; and supervise designing the processes and procedures, review them, and ensure their soundness and level of efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
Supervise the audits and reviews of the soundness of the taken decisions and the applicable work procedures; and ensure their conformity with the approved laws and regulations.
Coordinate and communicate with the other organizational units to obtain all the information, reports and documents; request clarifications thereon; and coordinate and follow up the field visits and inspection tours if required.
Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and reports on the administrative control operations; present them to the senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; propose the appropriate preventive and corrective solutions; and seek the advice thereof regarding the various important future cases and initiatives.
