132101 - Manufacturing Manager Plan, direct and coordinate the processes of manufacturing; manage the daily activities; and ensure adherence to the health and safety laws and regulations.
Main Tasks:
Develop the comprehensive strategies and procedures for the manufacturing activities; develop plans for the production volume and schedules; follow up the implementation of these plans; and ensure the availability of equipment.
Manage day-to-day activities of fabrication, and control delivery as per defined factors, such as: production volume, safety standards and budgets.
Proceed maintenance activities, and coordinate reparations of facilities and equipment; to ensure minimize the downtime.
Select, train and supervise the staff, as well as controlling their performance and behaviors against specified objectives.
Develop policies and procedures; to ensure the compliance with laws and regulations of health, safety and environment, proceed the implementation thereof, Follow up on sector trends, identify initiatives for the continuous improvement of operative processes, and implement such initiatives.
