132412 - Land Transportation Station Operations Manger Take part in preparing targets, policies and operational plans associated with land transportation operations, directly supervise planning and organization of land transportation operations, work on developing the workflow and procedures in force, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of day-to-day operations, as efficiently as possible.
Main Tasks:
Take part in developing targets, policies, initiatives and operational plans of land transportation operations, define various roles and responsibilities of every relevant organizational unit, follow the applications and ensure the availability of effective mechanism for measuring the level of completion.
Supervise all activities associated with the management of land transportation operations including planning, organization and guidance, ensure the availability of resources required for carrying out such activities to the fullest, and ensure the optimal exploitation of such available resources.
Ensure the effective and continuous coordination and communication with all bodies concerned with the management of land transportation operations; with a view to contributing to the development of level of provided services and achieved results, and the promotion of effectiveness and productivity of land transportation operations.
Supervise preparing reports of work and completion, submit the same to the specialized senior management, keep the same informed of different challenges and updates associated with the management of land transportation operations, besides request senior management’s consultation on different cases and coming initiatives.
Ensure the availability of qualified and trained cadres within various fields and activities of land transportation operations management, ensure providing them with the continuous support and guidance, and enable them from employing the recent practices and technologies for improving the level of activities and tasks entrusted thereto.
