Main Tasks:
Develop the comprehensive strategy of social welfare programs and foundations, supervise the activities of identifying target markets and final users, and develop the appropriate action plans.
Manage the day-to-day processes, such as: granting assistance, subsidies, support and rescue in cases of emergencies and disasters.
Develop and coordinate programs aiming at protecting children, women, elderly and other special categories, mitigate suffering and inequality via special campaigns and programs.
Select, train and supervise employees, besides control their performance and behaviors, against the set targets.
Develop policies and procedures; to ensure the compliance with HSE laws and regulations, and supervise the implementation thereof.
