Take part in preparing the periodical and operational plans of institute, besides plans associated with daily and monthly program and the periodical meetings, ensure the implementation thereof, follow all approved administrative processes, undertake works of Institute Dean in case of absence, and implement all associated technical and administrative instructions at the institute.
Main Tasks:
Follow all cases related to the educational system and discipline, ensure institute’s all individuals’ adherence to laws, regulations and instructions issued from the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom.
Supervise procedures associated with institute’s records and documents, follow-up-on admission & registration, count absent students, and ensure maintaining and continuously updating files and registers of students.
Supervise maintaining and managing supplies and custodies, supervise releasing and organizing the same, ensure compliance with the appropriate methods to ensure the effective use thereof, supervise institute facilities, and follow maintaining thereof; for purpose of ensuring the effective and safe investment.
Take part in following the works of staff at institute, supervise them, provide them with feedback, participate in assessing their performance, identifying their training needs and making the related decisions, such as: transfers, rewards, designations, promotions... etc.
Supervise the preparation of reports about the achievements and activities of the institute; present such reports to the senior management; brief the senior leadership on the various challenges and developments; and provide solutions and recommendations for various strategic issues and important future initiatives.
