Plan, direct and coordinate training center’s strategy and activities, ensure meeting services rendered to meet customer needs, and effectively manage training events.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop general plans, policies and strategies of training center, besides proceed the execution thereof.
  • Plan training programs and curricula, control market needs and update the programs accordingly.
  • Manage and direct the day-to-day activities at training center, and proceed organizing training events and training courses.
  • Select, train and supervise the staff, as well as controlling their performance and behaviors against specified objectives.
  • Build up and maintain relationships with the suppliers and key customers; provide effective solutions; and maintain high standards for the service.
