Plan, direct and coordinate training center’s strategy and activities, ensure meeting services rendered to meet customer needs, and effectively manage training events.
Main Tasks:
Develop general plans, policies and strategies of training center, besides proceed the execution thereof.
Plan training programs and curricula, control market needs and update the programs accordingly.
Manage and direct the day-to-day activities at training center, and proceed organizing training events and training courses.
Select, train and supervise the staff, as well as controlling their performance and behaviors against specified objectives.
Build up and maintain relationships with the suppliers and key customers; provide effective solutions; and maintain high standards for the service.
