134905 - Water & Sewage Processes’ Manager Participate in the setting and the preparation of goals and plans related to water & sewage operations in accordance with the relevant strategic directions and priorities, follow up their implementation in coordination with all relevant parties, evaluate the implementation processes and prepare related completion reports.
Main Tasks:
Supervising the preparation of goals and plans related the management of water and sewage operations, organizing and distributing work among various teams, ensuring full compliance with the relevant laws, and ensuring the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics that enables the realization of the level of achievement of these plans and goals.
Generally supervise the execution of processes of water connections and water networks’ extension to the specified areas, follow processes of excavations, connection, water meters installing and reading, invoicing and other services, and ensure the execution of such services, depending upon the approved quality standards and specifications.
Supervise extension of sewage networks, follow installment and extension, depending upon the approved quality standards and specifications, and ensure the lack of any violations or breaches against sewage networks.
Follow all processes associated with receiving customer complaints as regards water & sewage services, study, analyze and refer the same to the specialized workforces; with a view to addressing them as soon as possible, besides avoiding the occurrence thereof subsequently.
Supervise the processes of preparing achievement reports, present these reports to the specialized Senior Management, inform it of the various challenges and updates; and consult it about various future issues and initiatives.
