134909 - Safety Operations Manager
Take part in preparing and setting targets and plans associated with safety operations management, supervise applying the same, as per the adopted policies and procedures., work on evaluating application and preparing the related completion reports.
Main Tasks:
Participate in defining the plans & objectives related to safety operations’ management in the entity, and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Design and develop safety plans including the procedures related to emergencies, fires and disaster management, set guidelines and instructions, and spread the same among staff, assure applying, updating and improving the same continuously.
Ensure the availability and effectiveness of safety systems, warning systems against fire, test and assess the same periodically, provide the necessary maintenance, and propose methods for improvement and development.
Follow identifying quality standards and specifications requested for safety services, follow-up-on any updates on safety and recommend adopting the appropriate practices and techniques.
Supervise preparing abstracts and general reports on security operations workflow, inform of different challenges and updates, and seek its advice regarding various urgent cases.
