134926 - Cultural Affairs Manager

Supervise development of objectives and operational plans related to cultural affairs; direct supervision of planning and organization of cultural affairs work in accordance with prepared operational plans and objectives, and ensure availability of all technical and human resources ensuring the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop operational plans and executive programs of activities and works related to cultural affairs including planning requirements, preparation of operations, and ensuring conformity thereof with establishing objectives and other various cultural activities; ensuring availability of effective mechanism for measuring level of achievement and quality thereof.
  • Supervise cultural affairs-associated works and activities at governmental bodies; provide various Associations and Entities with technical or administrative advice to develop performance thereof and ensure ability thereof to fulfil objectives for which such Associations and Entities were founded.
  • Communicate with Official Bodies and Agencies to manage and coordinate all shared efforts regarding cultural affairs and ensure availability of common mechanism for ensuring compliance of Cultural Centers, Authorities and Associations with all regulatory laws, rules and instructions.
  • Supervise the preparation of reports of work and completion, submit the same to senior management, and inform the same of different challenges and updates associated with cultural affairs; consult senior management on different issues and future initiatives.
  • Ensure availability of staff qualified and trained for performance of works and activities of cultural affairs; ensure provision thereof with continuous support and guidance, and enable the same from usage of recent practices and methods for improvement of relevant activities and works level.
