134939 - Fire and Rescue Operations Manager Participate in setting and preparing goals and plans related to customs operations in accordance with the relevant strategic directions and priorities, follow up their implementation and execution in coordination with all relevant parties, guide and evaluate the implementation processes and prepare relevant completion reports.
Main Tasks:
Supervise the preparation of the plans for the management of the daily firefighting and rescue operations, organize and distribute the work among different work teams; manage the its execution and implementation; and ensure the existence of the accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Manage daily fire and rescue operations, and issue instructions, circulars and administrative and technical decisions related to the management of these operations in order to achieve set plans, programs and objectives and ensure the response to fires and the rapid and effective response to rescue cases.
Develop detailed operational plans, programs and detailed programs and projects for the firefighting and rescue operations; follow up the execution process to ensure the best and most accurate outputs, and achieve the highest levels of efficiency and productivity.
Evaluate various work and activities in consultation with staff and specialists and submit appropriate suggestions and recommendations to specialized senior management to improve and develop work and performance.
Supervise the processes of preparing general firefighting and rescue reports, present these reports to the Senior Management, inform it of the various challenges and updates; and consult it about various future issues and initiatives.
