Participate in the development of general objectives and policies for the management of Hotel Operations control and develop and implement plans, programs and projects contributing to the achievement of the objectives, direct supervision of the planning and organization of work related to hotel control, follow-up all approved administrative processes, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure the progress of daily operations in the most efficient and effective Possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in developing Hotel control management’s key objectives; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Develop control management policies and oversee its implementation, supervise designing and revising the processes and procedures, ensure their smoothness, review the level of its effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Supervise the implementation of field visits to hotels and evaluating their facilities and services based on the criteria and conditions of the licensed category and ensure the effectiveness of control and auditing.
  • Supervise the management of hotel control, identify the required specifications, standards and levels of quality; to ensure good flow of operations and provide the appropriate recommendations to the line manager, paving the way for execution.
  • Supervise the preparation of the summaries and reports that clarify the general rates of achievement, present them to the specialized senior management; inform senior management of the different challenges and updates; propose the appropriate solutions and corrective actions, and seek the advice thereof regarding various important future issues and initiatives.
