Plan, direct and coordinate the theater's strategy and activities, manage operational processes and financial affairs, oversee the preparation and implementation of service schedules, such as activities related to food and events, and build relationships with promoters and organizers.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop the theater’s strategies, policies and plans and supervise their implementation.
  • Manage the theater’s day-to-day operations, oversee the planning and implementation of the event programs, and ensure that the high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Select, train and supervise employees, and control performance and behaviors thereof against specified objectives.
  • Ensure cleanliness and functional integrity of facilities and equipment and maintain them in good condition, and ensure the implementation of periodic maintenance and repairs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with promoters, talent agencies, local and international organizers, provide effective solutions; and maintain high standards of service.
