Categorize the components of animal wealth; identify the breed strains that are appropriate for the local environment; consider the feasibly of breeding; prepare the programs of breeding and reproduction; follow up their execution and assessment; develop the methods of production, feeding and health care; and prepare the specialized documents and reports related to work outcomes.
Main Tasks:
Categorize the components of animal wealth according to degrees of similarity; identify the animal types and breed strains that are appropriate to the local environment, for various purposes of production, including the meat, milk and eggs; and choose the highest productive species.
Identify the barns’ specifications and standards, and various factors of production; prepare programs for farm animals breeding; follow up their execution and assessment; prepare the programs of reproduction, feeding and fattening; follow up their execution; and assess their results.
Identify the programs of diseases prevention and treatment; and follow up their execution, in coordination with the veterinarian.
Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the technical developments.
Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on their database, the specialized documents and reports related to the field of animal husbandry including the produced results, as per the approved policies and procedures.
