Main Tasks:
Prepare the annual plan of educational supervision, standards of study plans evaluation, besides evaluation tools and means; and evaluate the teaching plans of teachers.
Prepare guidance plan for teachers; identify the technical and behavioral needs of teachers; supervise training them; and participate in evaluating the rehabilitation programs.
Participate in preparing, developing and evaluating the educational programs, curricula and materials.
Develop work methods as well as measurement and evaluation tools, and keep pace with the scientific and technical development regarding the educational supervision.
Prepare the specialized reports and documents on the educational supervision, besides evaluate and keep them on their corresponding database.
