Enable the concerned entity to achieve greater flexibility plus the benefits of competition by maximizing its human capital; and ensure that the change meets the objectives within the set time and budget limit through increasing the employee loyalty and investing their efforts.
Main Tasks:
carry out the needs analyses and studies related to the allocation of resources to maximize the workers' adoption and acceptance of change.
Assist in minimizing the workers' resistance to change and maximizing their participation in the new structure.
Communicate with the middle levels of management and convince them of the importance and feasibility of change; and help them to convey the image to the workers, leading to better results in the work environment.
Develop the methods and procedures of work using modern techniques; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field of change management.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to change management; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
