Implement the procedures, systems and forms of monitoring staff attendance; contribute to supervising the application of sick and emergency leave policies and procedures; update the information related to employees; deal with their complaints and queries professionally; and prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports related to the field of human resources operations.
Main Tasks:
Implement the procedures, systems and forms of monitoring the branches’ employee attendance and leaves of all kinds; and amend the forms when needed; apply the attendance control system; and ensure their commitment to working hours.
Apply the policies and procedures of annual, sick and emergency leaves in addition to other leaves specified in the approved holiday and leave policy; apply the promotion, secondment and separation procedures; and record all the information of employees in accordance with the adopted regulations and procedures.
Professionally deal with employees' complaints, comments, requests and queries; and effectively report the problems, if any, to the manager director
Update and provide the staff services team with the information related to the employees by recording and documenting all information related to the entity’s employees of the such as promotions, training courses and matters related to salaries and privileges.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the human resources operations; and provide, display, clarify, and maintain on the corresponding database, the appropriate recommendations and solutions, as per the approved policies and procedures.
