242305 - Compensations Specialist

Participate in designing the compensation and reward system; Participate in designing and developing the salary structure; and follow up the processes of control and audit of payroll records; prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports in the field of compensations.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in designing the compensation and rewards system, ensuring internal justice among jobs and achieving the level of competitiveness required to attract and retain talented persons.
  • Participate in designing and developing the salary structure, including salaries, allowances, bonuses, raises and reimbursements, in coordination with the senior management and managers of the organizational units.
  • Follow-up the processes of payroll record control and audit; and ensure the correct calculation of additions and deductions in accordance with human resources policies and procedures and adopted accounting systems.
  • Link the compensation and reward system with human resources policies and procedures, especially those related to labor force plans, performance management, growth and career development plans, development of work methods and procedures related to compensation; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field.
  • Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to reimbursements; and provide, display, clarify, and maintain on the corresponding database, the appropriate recommendations and solutions, as per the approved policies and procedures.
