Participate in the preparation of draft laws, regulations and instructions that regulate occupations and labor affairs; and develop the plans and programs necessary for the implementation of labor-related policies and the organization of occupation.
Main Tasks:
Follow up the workers’ affairs in the professional sector to preserve their rights and make optimal use of their expertise and harness it in production processes.
Participate in conducting the studies with the concerned parties on the structure of wages and benefits in the various labor sectors.
Participate in arbitration committees and settle labor disputes.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to labor affairs; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
