Give advise on, and implement the tenders, various contract matters, contract management and subsequent reviews.

Main Tasks:
  • Manage the contracts and tenders before and after awarding.
  • Oversee the claims and manage contract operations.
  • Compare the actual progress to the plans; analyze the gaps and point out the risks.
  • Draft, evaluate and review the contracts content and items according to the related governing procedures.
