Main Tasks:
Coordinate events, such as tours of promotions, conferences and results presentations for investors.
Follow up the preparations and equipment necessary for investors, such as event presentations, reports and press releases; and prepare the summarized materials of presentations in order to be presented to the senior management.
Disseminate the institution's strategy and results; explain the performance; and answer the questions of analysts and investors.
Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential analysts and investors; and understand their investment needs and concerns related to the institution.
Establish and build up channels of communication with investors and internal and external partners in order to enable, improve and enhance the image and reputation of the concerned institution and increase the effectiveness of its operations.
