Main Tasks:
Determine and analyze the nature of the subject of the presented issues and matters; clarify the relevant rule of law; clarify the related legal aspects; gather the information from various sources and references related to the subject of research; and write the research and make the necessary recommendations.
Analyze the subject of the presented complaint; collect the relevant data; and produce and submit the necessary recommendations to the concerned bodies, stating the rule of law in its regard.
Propose the future policies of work in terms of legal aspect; prepare the draft laws, regulations and instructions; participate in their discussions, amendment, redrafting; and follow up their legal approval.
Prepare the agreements and contracts; analyze their clauses and articles in light of the applicable laws and regulations; and make recommendations regarding their conformity or violation.
Prepare and keep in the relevant database specialized documents and reports related to case research, according to the approved policies and procedures.
