Contributing to the fulfilment of all objectives of institutional happiness activities through the implementation of related programmes and cooperating and following up with concerned institution departments on all executive work related to the operating plan
Main Tasks:
"Contributing to the development of objectives for the institutional happiness department's strategic plan and supervising their implementation with the concerned Human Resources Department
Designing and implementing all institutional happiness initiatives, activities and projects with The relevant departments and guiding work progress to ensure optimum happiness for staff
Contributing to the development of all happiness training programmes with the HR dept. and providing needed consultations to make institutional happiness a reality.
Ensuring the implementation of institutional happiness criteria at work as per approved Working policies and relevant rules and regulations.
Monitoring performance and achievement results of staff happiness and reporting work progress on staff happiness projects, including staff feedback on their satisfaction levels.
