314206 - Pest Control Technician

Remove harmful insects, small animals, wild plants or other unwanted organisms.

Main Tasks:
  • Inspect affected areas or plants; identify pests to be removed; determine type of treatment, and estimate requirements and costs.
  • Prepare treatment area and used materials, and remove obstacles to spraying.
  • Disseminate warnings; prepare fumigation, and mix chemicals according to pest treatment requirements.
  • Place or spray chemical solutions or toxic gases; check results and repeat actions, if required.
  • Compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
