Inspect real estate for evaluation, valuation; prepare and submit work reports

Main Tasks:

Study the papers and plans of official real estate and analyze their details and factors affecting their value, based on the location, area and surrounding environment.

Perform Real estate case study of technical specifications, location, amount of depreciation, total and construction area, on the ground.

Compare the real estate with similar real estate in terms of technical specifications, area and location, and review the internal regulations of division and building codes to determine the effects of the evaluated real estate.

Provide technical advice to clients on the value of the property and the future changes that may occur within the available data and experience and determine the status and quality of assets

Prepare, submit, document and archive work’s reports.
