Generally supervise the activities of the passport work management, planning and organization in accordance with the approved operational plans, follow up all the related administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that ensure the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Supervise the preparation of goals and plans regarding the management of passport work, organize and distribute work among various teams, ensuring full compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, follow up their implementation, and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics that enables the realization of the level of achievement of these plans and goals.
  • General supervision of the performance of various operations through following-up and auditing daily work and activities, and the development of plans to organize and follow-up and ensure the availability of all the required resources and techniques to complete the transactions of the auditors with the accuracy and speed required.
  • Participate in the management and organization of arrivals to the Kingdom and their entry in a legal manner and ensure the validity of their documents, data and visas according to the purpose of their coming with the assistance of the kingdom’s embassies abroad, and the completion of their entry and exit procedures after ensuring that all statutory conditions are met.
  • Follow up and manage all matters pertaining to the citizen-related regulations, instructions and procedures, such as granting travel documents necessary to ensure their movements in and out of the Kingdom, residing thereunder in foreign countries, recording their departure and arrival, and other matters related to their travel.
  • Supervise the preparation of summaries and general reports on the progress of the various works and preparing daily, monthly and annual statistical reports on the of issuance passports and documents, presenting them to the competent senior management, inform it of various challenges and developments and consult it on various issues and future initiatives.
