Plan, direct and coordinate the country club's strategy and activities, manage operational and financial operations, oversee the preparation and implementation of service schedules, such as activities related to sports and food, and build relationships with members and key clients.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop the country club strategies, policies and plans and supervise their implementation.
  • Manage the club’s day-to-day operations, and oversee food services and sports sections of the club, such as golf courses or fishing.
  • Select, train and supervise the staff, as well as controlling their performance and behaviors against specified objectives.
  • Ensure cleanliness and functional integrity of facilities and equipment and maintain them in good condition, and ensure the implementation of periodic maintenance and repairs.
  • Build up and maintain relationships with suppliers, members and key customers; provide effective solutions; and maintain high standards for the service.
