Main Tasks:
Develop the key objectives related to monitoring the services of Hajj and Umrah; apply the plans, programs and projects that contribute to the achievement of these objectives; and determine the specifications, standards and quality levels required for the related different services.
Monitor the different sevices of Hajj and Umrah campaigns; ensure that that all the policies and procedures regulating the services of Hajj and Umrah are applied; and communicate with the heads of campaigns to enhance their understanding and inform them of all updates.
Provide the suggestions related to work flow development and the followed procedures; and esure the documentation of all the approved work policies, procedures and regulations.
Provide the necessary support and assistance for all heads of the campaigns, pilgrims and Umrah performers; ensure that the information and knowledge are transferred to them; and reply to all their questions and inquiries.
Prepare, provide, document and keep the work reports;
