314106 - Food Science Technician

Provide technical and scientific support as well as advice in food science field. Perform tests and experiments for supporting production.

Main Tasks:
  • Follow-up installation and operation of food production line equipment, and adjust the same.
  • Determine materials’ types, quantities and ratios of required for manufacturing food products, and conform specifications thereof.
  • Follow up daily production plan implementation, and food product quality control.
  • Follow up laboratory tests’ results.
  • Prepare, submit, document and archive work’s reports.
